Frank Mahnic, Jr. is President of Frank Mahnic, Jr. & Associates a consulting firm specializing in government and community relations. They encompass a network of decision-makers in a ten-county region of Northeast Ohio. Mr. Mahnic also served as Director of the Civil Division of the Cleveland Municipal Court of Clerk’s Office. His experience includes his tenure at the International Career Continuation Corporation, an outplacement and professional recruiting company headquartered in Ohio with offices throughout the United States where he served as Senior Vice President. He established the Columbus franchise which became the most successful office leading to his promotion as Corporate Head of the Outplacement Division. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and is a Vietnam Veteran and former State Representative.

Mr. Mahnic has served on the Garfield Heights Board of Education and the Cuyahoga Valley JVS Board of Education. He presently serves on the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center Board of Education as the Cuyahoga Heights Representative. He is serving his fourth term on the Governing Board of the Educational Service Center (ESC) of Northeast Ohio. Mr. Mahnic is the recipient of the Ohio School Board Association’s “Master Board Member.” He is a nine-time recipient of the OSBA Award of Achievement. He serves as the Board’s Legislative Liaison and Delegate to the Ohio School Board Association. Mr. Mahnic is also the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center board member representing Cuyahoga Heights Local Schools.
